Job Description

We’re hiring an Application Support Engineer with telecom experience and strong backend skills to support live systems and ensure high availability

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support and resolve production issues
  • Monitor systems, troubleshoot, and perform RCA
  • Support APIs, microservices, and AWS deployments

Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ experience
  • Experience in Telecom sector
  • Willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Telecom support experience
  • Strong Node.js/JavaScript and PHP (Laravel)
  • AWS and production support experience
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and databases
