We are looking for a Technical Support / SRE Engineer to support critical IT environments, with a strong focus on monitoring, automation, and incident management.

This role requires a hands-on professional with solid experience in observability tools (Dynatrace) and/or automation (Ansible).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and changes within SLA
  • Troubleshoot Linux (RedHat) environments and critical applications
  • Use Dynatrace for monitoring, performance analysis, and root cause investigation
  • Develop or support automation workflows using Ansible
  • Perform data analysis and extractions using SQL
  • Proactively monitor systems and analyze alerts
  • Work with ServiceNow and monitoring tools
  • Document procedures and share knowledge
