Job Description

Must Haves

  • Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
  • Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
  • 2+ years of support lead experience, including:
    • Incident triaging
    • Major incident management and communication
    • Incident Management and problem management
    • Change Management and housekeeping
  • Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • 5+ years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
  • Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
  • Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
