Job Description

  • Handles the day-to-day information technology (IT) operations and assists service desk in supporting end users.
  • Will handl tion assets including AXASOL, MA e L2 support for Digital Distribution assets including AXASOL, MABI

    • Your Profile
  • At least 3 years experience in Application Support for Digital and Core Systems
  • ITIL v4 Principles
  • Salesforce and CRM applications
  • SQL/C# scripting with programming 
  • Preferrably with Certification:
  • ITIL Foundation
