Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide application support and technical solutions for probe cards to various customers across Singapore & overseas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide onsite support to resolve probe related failures.
  • Work closely with HQ counterparts to understand new product/technology portfolios and transfer knowledge to customers.
  • Support customers throughout the entire product development lifecycle: evaluation, qualification and mass production.
  • Provide technical feedback to internal teams and ensure RMA cards are performed with necessary repair actions before return to Customer.
  • Work closely with customer product engineers to troubleshoot and verify probe cards and ensure probe card fit to run for production.
  • Participate in DOE projects at customer sites to improve probe card testing performance.
