Job Description

Min 1 Yr Exp in CRM application/ERP support (Web Portals & Mobile Apps) preferably Salesforce.

Troubleshoot Solve user issues Over Mail/Telephone

Co-ordination with different stakeholders

Exp of working over ticketing tool

Knowledge Transfer / Training to users

Handling Support Activities Knowledge of the MSSQL Server database will be added advantage
