Key Responsibilities
- Remote customer support (TeamViewer, Cloudberry, AnyDesk, etc.) on all company products
- Virtual and in-person training of company products to clients
- Presentations and educational videos of company products and features
- External repairs on site from time to time
- Single & Three phase solar systems, including PV Inverters and VFDs
