We’re recruiting an Application Support Engineer to work on income management and financial systems, with a primary focus on Civica Income Management (formerly CivicaPay).
This is not a generic support role. The work centres on keeping large, complex financial systems running accurately and reliably, where mistakes have real impact on billing, income collection, and financial reporting.
You’ll be dealing with system issues that affect revenue, rents, and payments, data integrity and reconciliation problems, and the configuration and behaviour of systems that process high‑volume financial transactions.
