Octave provides industry‑leading incident management and computer‑aided dispatch software to emergency services around the world.
This role, as part of the UK Safety Support and Implementation team, will deliver support, software implementation and software configuration services to our public safety (and associated services) customers. Candidates will have customer-facing experience, a logical and systematic approach to problem solving and great customer focus. Reporting to the Safety Practice Operations Manager, as well as providing support and implementation services, the job holder delivers a range of activities according to experience.
