The Role

We are excited to launch our Level 2 Traffic Management Apprenticeship programme in partnership with First for Apprenticeships, where you can develop your skills and grow professionally, setting a solid foundation for your future career.


This 21-month programme will be delivered using a combination of:

  • On-site experience to gain practical skills

  • Guidance and training from an experienced workplace mentor

  • Industry-recognised training, delivered in the workplace and leading to an apprenticeship qualification

  • As an Apprentice Traffic Management Operative you will safely deliver, install, collect, exchange and maintain temporary traffic equipment (temporary traffic lights, signage, frames, sandbags and cones) and are responsible for helping commuters travel safely through temporary roadworks.
