About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Tech Lead with deep expertise in Python to lead our backend team. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience in backend technologies and 2–3 years of proven engineering mentoring experience, having successfully scaled systems and shipped B2C applications in collaboration with product teams.
