:This seminar explores, in-depth, the application of the law of evidence in the criminal trial context. In-class learning will be conducted on the flipped classroom model. Students will be provided with audio-visual lectures prior to each class. In class, students will be paired up and will debate and examine various evidentiary issues and their application to fact scenarios.

This course builds on the theoretical knowledge gained by the students in the Law of Evidence course and equips them to apply those principles in a practical, criminal law context.
