:This course aims to enable graduate (LLM) students to acquire competencies and skills relevant to their level of research activity, by exploring and applying one or more general overarching themes (i.e. equality, security, rights, access to justice, public interest lawyering, etc.) or case studies of contemporary legal issues and using materials that emphasize and encourage interdisciplinarity. The main focus is skills and competencies of legal writing, legal research, academic presentation and other means of knowledge mobilization.
