We are looking for an AR Accounts and Admin Assistant to join our team.
This role will support daily AR collections operations, with responsibilities ranging from AR documentation support to collections and customer follow‑ups.

Key Responsibilities- Support the full spectrum of AR activities, including daily operations and month‑end closing support
- Process, check, and match Delivery Orders, Invoices, and supporting documents
- Maintain accurate AR records using the company’s custom ERP system
- Assist with invoicing, statements, and AR documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
