Customer Support Representative (International)
Responsibilities:
- Assist international clients via email and phone.
- Provide superior customer engagement and resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow standard processes and procedures for solutions.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints tactfully.
- Achieve superior customer engagement and ensure positive customer experience.
- Overcome objections and handle customer pushback.
Qualifications:
- A-Levels/Intermediate or higher.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Native or bilingual spoken and written English.
- Detail-oriented and empathetic.
- Computer literacy, phone etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior international call center experience preferred.
