Customer Support Representative (International)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist international clients via email and phone.
  • Provide superior customer engagement and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures for solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints tactfully.
  • Achieve superior customer engagement and ensure positive customer experience.
  • Overcome objections and handle customer pushback.

Qualifications:

  • A-Levels/Intermediate or higher.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native or bilingual spoken and written English.
  • Detail-oriented and empathetic.
  • Computer literacy, phone etiquette, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prior international call center experience preferred.
