Opportunity

Intermediate Archaeologist to join the Heritage team in British Columbia.

Locations: Kelowna, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Kamloops, or Rossland.

Your Impact

• Lead archaeological field programs, including survey, testing, excavation, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with clients, Indigenous groups, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with Indigenous communities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with support from the Heritage leadership team.
• Maintain and track health & safety, quality, communication, and documentation requirements.
• Champion WSP’s Health & Safety culture by modelling a “Safety First” mindset.
• Contribute to proposals, technical reporting, and analytical work.
