About the Role
Living Group is a fast-growing real estate development and construction company based in Athens. We are looking for a hands-on In-House Architect to join our team and take ownership of multiple residential and renovation projects.
This is a practical, execution-focused role, not just design — ideal for someone who wants to be involved from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Planning
Develop architectural designs for new builds, renovations, and conversions
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and construction documentation
Ensure full compliance with Greek building codes and regulations
Project Management
Manage projects from concept to completion
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
Monitor site progress and ensure execution aligns with plans
