Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator with expertise in high-rise residential and commercial projects to manage multidisciplinary design coordination, consultant integration, and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient design delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, façade, interior, and landscape design activities for high-rise projects.
• Review and manage design deliverables, shop drawings, and consultant submissions.
• Review consultant drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues. Ensure interdisciplinary coordination and clash resolution between all design packages.
