Architect

We are seeking a skilled Architect with experience in planning, designing, and coordinating residential high-rise developments. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual design, detailed architectural drawings, regulatory approvals, consultant coordination, and site support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Planning

• Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential high-rise projects.
• Prepare master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
• Ensure efficient space planning, functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design consultants.

Project Coordination

• Participate in design review meetings with clients, consultants, and project teams.
