YOUR MISSIONS
- Serve as the technical-functional Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud lead for both clients and internal teams.
- Solution Design & Architecture: Define the Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture, ensure technical and functional consistency, and recommend scalable, robust design patterns aligned with best practices.
- Leadership & Governance: Lead technical teams, ensure the quality of project deliverables, and contribute to project scoping, solution design, effort estimation, code reviews, and production deployments.
- Client Advisory & Consulting: Act as the primary point of contact for both business and IT stakeholders, identify synergies with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, and provide strategic guidance on platform evolution.
