Responsibilities Conceptualizes and presents design proposals. Prepares tender drawings and material specifications. Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients. Oversees progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues. Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors. Ensures design quality and authority compliance. Assist and support architects in executing multiple architectural projects. Interpreting the design concepts and translating them into workable solutions. Prepare Quality Plan for the projects. Timely production of work using AutoCAD/Revit software. To perform other work-related, duties from time to time Requirements Experience (healthcare/lab building design preferred) Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Interior Design Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM) Able to work independently, self-motivated To perform any other work-related duties required from time to time
