Responsibilities
- Perform all works assigned by the Project Director / Associate / Architect to meet the established project objectives diligently, ensuring quality and adherence to industry standards
- Support the Project Director / Associate / Architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical, and application of building code and regulations
- Manage feasibility and design phases of the project
- Analyse data obtained from site analyses
- Assist in documentation during the stages of conceptual and detailed design development
- Liaise with consultants on matters of design, technical coordination issues, and building regulations
- Assist with documentation and building tenders, and administer standard forms of contracts
- Gather necessary information for work approvals based on regulatory and legislative prerequisites
