Responsibilities
- Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors & engineers.
- Manage and prepare models and shop drawing to support the construction works
- Coordination of structural & Architectural works during construction process.
- Good knowledge of structure and architectural details
- Able to lead and manage inhouse modelling offsite team for BIM delivery
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure or Architectural design and construction issues.
- Assist in maintaining BIM systems and standards for construction projects
- Liaise with Clients, Consultants and prepare/conduct weekly progress reports and technical meetings
- Ensure the subcontractors and vendors follow the specifications and standards in the project VDC implementation.
- Should have an experience in large scale projects like commercial tower
