Architectural Coordinator
- Office at: Changi Business Park{ExpoMRT}
- Based in Project Location
- Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
- Salary is $4,000 to $5,000
Current project: Healthcare construction in Outram Park and Logistics Hub at Tuas. ( Main Contractor)
Job Responsibilities- Involve and lead in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (eg Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors works).
- Review project specifications, Shop drawings and technical clarifications.
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of Shop drawings and Sample schedule with procurement schedule.
- Manage submission and approvals of Shop drawings and Samples from Consultants.
- Manage the receipt and issuance of all Consultant drawings and Shop drawings.
