Location: Island-wide (Multiple Projects, On-site)
Work Schedule: 5 days / week
Salary: Up to around $6,400 SGD (commensurate with experience)
Job Description & Responsibilities:- Lead site coordination with all trades, and liaise with client's representatives, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical matters.
- Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authority requirements.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
- Attend and lead subcontractor meetings.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of detail drawings, shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and method statements (MOS) for early approval.
- Review and address comments from consultants on architectural materials, sample boards, trade demonstrations, and shop drawing submissions.
