ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

Descriptions: Supervise and manage all architectural works at the project site, ensuring timely execution and quality workmanship Ensure compliance with BCA Quality Mark and CONQUAS standards conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectifications as required Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth progress of architectural works Review and monitor shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and ensure alignment with design intent and specifications Plan and supervise architectural finishing works such as tiling, painting, ceiling, doors, windows, and external works Carry out inspections, trade demonstrations, and mock-ups to ensure workmanship meets approved standards Support and lead pre-inspections and inspections with consultants and authorities for TOP, QP, and RI submissions Identify defects early and drive prompt rectification to meet quality benchmarks Liaise with the QA/QC team to implement and maintain a rob...
