Basic up to $5k + Bonus Alternate 6-day work week, 8am - 5pm Location: Bishan Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve design and technical issues Review and monitor architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submissions for accuracy and compliance Ensure all architectural works are carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and safety requirements Conduct site inspections and supervise subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works Attend site meetings, coordinate work progress, and provide updates to the project team Identify and highlight discrepancies between drawings and actual site conditions, and propose solutions Ensure compliance with local authorities' regulations and project specifications Requirements
