Responsibilities
- Ability to plan and create original design concepts consistent with client requirements
- Must have space planning skills, knowledge of current trends, and be passionate about great design
- Strategic thinker for generating ideas, exploring, and executing new techniques and participating in presentations
- Develop furniture and finish selections and specs
- Create presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts
- Collaborate with creative teams (3d, 2d and digital), design development/sourcing, on new innovations and creative concepts
- Preparation of test layouts and design drawings in Revit
- Assist project team thru project implementation
- Proficient AutoCad, Revit and SketchUp skills preferred
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
