Job Description
- Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications and design requirements.
- Develop and maintain finishing schedules and detailed architectural documentation.
- Perform quantity surveying and material take-offs for architectural works.
- Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the selection and sourcing of architectural materials while ensuring quality and compliance with project standards.
- Review technical drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare presentations and technical reports when required.
