  • Develop and execute community growth strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement within assigned areas
  • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with local communities, KOLs, micro-influencers, and brand advocates
  • Plan and execute on-ground and online community activation programs (events, gatherings, workshops, campaigns)
  • Identify and onboard new community partners aligned with brand positioning and target market
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and initiatives
