Reports to:: Regional Manager/ Sales Director
Job Purpose:
The primary role of the Trade Sales Manager is to recruit new business operating in the trade markets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- To ensure set targets are achieved with regard to: Sales, Profitability & Margin.
- Target specific key accounts both pre-defined new customers to ensure new business targets are achieved and the development of the existing customer base to agreed budgeted goals.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within the market sectors.
- Identify, prospect and meet potential new clients leveraging existing and new contacts at the appropriate levels and turn this into increased business.
