Job Description

                Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and motivated  Area Manager  to oversee multi-unit retail operations across Manitoba. In this role, you will lead, coach, and support Store Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and meet revenue and profitability targets. You should be a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and hands-on leader with deep retail management experience.

 Job type:  Permanent | Full-time 
 *   EXTENSIVE TRAVEL REQUIRED WITH OWN VEHICLE 
 Responsibilities: 
 Leadership & Team Development 
 Champion and reinforce the company's mission, vision, and values across all retail locations. 
 Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to Store Managers and in-store teams.
