The Area Operations Specialist supports the results and performance of our Focus Global stores. Partnering with the Business and Sales Teams, you will help create a productive and driven environment where customers have an extraordinary experience, and employees can perform their best, enabling the business to grow. Serving and delighting shoppers remains a top priority.

Oversee Operations Across Multiple Stores: Ensure that each store meets operational and financial performance goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
