Responsibilities
- Foster and nurture relationships with retailers at all levels, including senior management, regional teams, and sales advisors.
- Partner with retailers to pinpoint needs and implement initiatives that boost sales and amplify brand impact.
- Create and develop plans to improve the brand experience and the customer journey.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for group and individual settings.
- Manage a small team of promoters in the region to achieve agreed sales targets.
- Drive sales through the development of exceptional brand loyalty and product knowledge.
- Apply an analytical approach to ensure sales targets are exceeded.
