An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal Area Sales Manager (ASM) for a fleet app / fleet management solution company combines strong B2B sales capability, domain understanding (logistics/transport), and a data-driven selling approach
Key Competencies:
- Own a city or cluster — revenue, activations, and team performance
- Hire, train, and manage a team of 5–10 Field Sales Executives
- Build and maintain relationships with large fleet owners, transporter associations, and fuel station partners
- Drive monthly truck activation and transaction targets across your territory
- Report city-level performance and feed ground intelligence back to leadership
