Job Description

Relationship Management.

Building relationship with Assigned Bank Partners.

Achieve GWP targets with assigned partners and territory.

Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.

Maintain a tracker of various visits and calls and report on daily basis. Ensure accurate records are accurately updated.

Use of digital tools like Sales application to achieve the organization objective of maximum digitization.

Decoding client’s requirement, pain points and opportunity areas 

 Providing need based solutions to clients to increase stickiness.
