Job Description

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate Solar Sales Executives
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure proper lead management, site visit scheduling, and proposal submission timelines
  • Provide technical-sales guidance in coordination with the Engineering/Operations Team

2. Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Monitor individual and team quotas
  • Implement corrective action plans for underperforming accounts

3. Client & Account Management

  • Oversee key residential and commercial accounts
  • Support negotiations and closing of high-value solar projects
  • Ensure excellent client experience from inquiry to project turnover
