Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support area sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Train and mentor sales staff for optimal performance.
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to boost sales.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a college/bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or any equivalent course
  • At least 4-5 years experience as Sales Supervisor, organizing and implementing the sales process or related position
  • Experience in selling and meeting sales targets of group
  • Experience with facilitating workshops for buyers, brokers and staff
  • Highly organized and has good monitoring skills
