Responsibilities
- Supervise and support area sales teams to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Train and mentor sales staff for optimal performance.
- Prepare sales reports and present findings to management.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to boost sales.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a college/bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or any equivalent course
- At least 4-5 years experience as Sales Supervisor, organizing and implementing the sales process or related position
- Experience in selling and meeting sales targets of group
- Experience with facilitating workshops for buyers, brokers and staff
