Job Description
  • Lead and manage the general cleaning process, including planning, coordinating, and executing tasks, managing cleaning logistics, and supervising cleaning crews at various sites.
  • Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties effectively to team members.
  • Manage and maintain inventory and cleaning equipment.
  • Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure that cleaning team members are properly trained and that their skills align with client requirements.
  • Review work orders to ensure that all assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Respond to and report any operational incidents to the office and clients, if any.
  • Assist to move equipment and products.
