We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches and ensure operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
Work Location: Multiple branches / Area assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of assigned restaurant branches
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability of each store
- Lead, coach, and evaluate store managers and staff
- Ensure high levels of customer service and food safety standards
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management for staffing and training needs
