Salary Range: $65,000.00 – $81,500.00 Annually
Area Warranty Superintendent
SALARY: $65,000 - $81,500
Monthly Bonus: One year sign off and customer survey bonus. Equivalent to 8% of salary – approximately $7,000.00 per year.
Yearly Bonus potential of 5% of Salary – approximately $4,000.00 per year.

A Day in the Life of an Area Warranty Superintendent:
- Schedule appointments with Jayman customers
- Coordinate and attend various trade days, in customer homes, to complete work as required
- Lead with pride in both appearance & behaviour while on-site
- Responsible for signing off both 2-month & 11-month service requests
- Strong organizational skills with handling various impromptu or emergency calls
