Job Description
**Summary**
The **Armed Security Guard** personnel will be responsible for providing security services at a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers location.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Communicate via radio, telephone, and verbally** in accordance with established orders and communication protocols.
+ **Interact with and escort public and government personnel** as required, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ **Provide access control and traffic control** , and conduct **walking and motorized armed security patrols** to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
+ **Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and government regulations related to the security of weapons, buildings, personnel, government property, and equipment.
