Job Description
As a Technical CAD Detailer for IGE, you will work as part of the Design & Engineering team to detail, engineer custom and system-based exhibits, interiors, and displays. You will be responsible for sourcing and outlining the required materials and hardware as well as maintaining technical drawing standards.
Responsibilities
- Create fabrication drawings for each assigned project.
- Develop CNC files.
- Create setup drawings for each assigned project.
- Source and outline required materials and hardware to complete each project.
- Review structural and architectural drawings and specifications for conflicts/questions.
- Collaborate with the designers to engineer reliable and cost-effective solutions.
- Work with Project Management.
- Check contract documents, specifications, etc. to ensure drawings are accurate.
