We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with a hands-on approach and solid ERP experience. The role requires expertise in Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for implementing optimized processes and ensuring product transitions from design to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and audit BOMs, MOMs, and item masters
• Participate in structured gate reviews for product launches
• Validate labor standards through time studies
• Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data
• Lead automation initiatives within the manufacturing space

• Degree in Manufacturing or a related field
• Experience supporting Make-to-Order operations
