Key Exposure and Responsibilities:
- Valuation shares, other financial instruments in mergers, private placements, IBC etc
- Statutory audits, Tax audits, GST audits, Bank branch audits
- Income Tax & TDS returns - Filing, compliance, Scrutiny
- GST returns & Consulting
- Project Finance
- Outsourcing
- Due diligence of start ups and advisory
- Virtual CFO service
Location:
Candidates residing in Ahmedabad / PG are invited/preferred.
