You will provide a high level of personalised service to exceed the expectations of residents. You will also create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables residents’ satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. You will work with the Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments and report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager, Guest Service.
Responsibilities
You will:
Ensure residents are well taken care of from the point of their arrival to departure
Provide in-room check-in service for all VIP residents
Attend to and anticipate all residents' queries and needs
Provide recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest and assist residents in making travel, tours and restaurant reservation arrangements
Maintain residents’ accounts, information and preference profiles
