Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is principally responsible for the recruitment and coordination of talent acquisition activities in Santiago. The role includes maintaining accurate data in SAP/Talent Works, ensuring interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed, preparing recruitment reports, and coordinating career fair/hiring events as needed.
Responsibilities
- Work efficiently in Talent Acquisition systems & software (Success Factors, SAP, QlikView, etc.).
- Maintain accurate data in SAP/Talent Works.
- Ensure interview feedback and Bechtel Interview Forms are completed.
- Prepare recruitment reports on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis as required.
- Coordinate career fair/hiring events as needed.
