Production Supervisor
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the unit in meeting the set production targets by adhering to the systems and processes. Each day, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor. You will also show skill in reading and interpreting the technical diagrams/instructions for assembly of products/systems/panels.
The Work Model For The Role Is
- Assembly and wiring of modules and systems according to documentation and instructions
- Delivery of the required quality while adhering to safety regulations, deadlines, and time specifications
- Clarification of open points with preceding or subsequent departments, as well as preparation of red‑line corrections
- Compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company operating procedures
