**Job Description**

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building various cables used in aircraft and ground control stations. You will determine and follow methods and sequences of operations in performing assembly tasks such as wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on assembly units. Your work will involve comprehending assembly drawings or written work instructions, crimping terminals/contacts onto wires using manual and automated tooling, labeling assemblies in accordance with drawing specifications, and performing soldering-tinning wire, splices, and connections. You will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly, using basic hand tools, cutters, wire strippers, hand crimpers, scissors, soldering iron, and heat gun.
