The Assembly Mechanic builds and assembles mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components for paving and construction equipment in a clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. This role works from blueprints and schematics to produce custom equipment, using a wide range of torque and pneumatic tools while ensuring all equipment meets established shop standards. The Assembly Mechanic collaborates closely with team members and support personnel to meet changing production schedules and maintain high-quality output.
